This is part of 北橫公路. Yes, it looks like a one-way path, very narrow. But it is for two way traffic. Part of this route is narrower than what is on this photo. I have to reverse my car because of oncoming traffic a few times during my time driving from here to 拉拉山. In fact, this qualified as the worse road I ever encounter driving in Taiwan.
